Tilting Easel

The Tilting Easel is high quality tool to aid upper extremity exercises or other range of motion activities. It has the capability to transform from a standard flat table into a tilting work surface by simply adjusting the mechanism at the back. The easel is a versatile piece of equipment, as it can be used at any angle from horizontal to vertical.

Used for Occupational Therapy

Easels aren’t just used for artistic purposes anymore. They prove to be a handy tool among occupational therapists to help patients with hand and arm injuries with upper extremity exercises or cognitive perceptual activities. Having a tilted easel enabled patients to slowly build up the muscles in their arms and hands by arranging the easel in certain ways, and aiding their rehabilitation.

Removable Bottom Lip

The Tilting Easel also features a small wooden lip at the bottom in order to support activity boards or puzzles, to stop them from moving or slipping when in the middle of an activity. The lip also has the capability to be removed from the easel entirely should the user need to use it as a flat surface and to move their arm across freely.
