- Knee pain
- Sciatica
- Musculoskeletal pain (e.g. fibromyalgia)

How Does the TENS One Machine Work?
TENS, or Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, is a natural, innovative form of pain relief. By stimulating your sensory and motor nerves, the device is able to trigger the release of pain-busting endorphins while interrupting pain signals to your brain.
Is the TENS One Easy to Use?
It’s incredibly easy to use the TENS One Machine. Simply attach the electrodes to your device, place them (in pairs) on a given area of your body and adjust your settings using the large knobs, buttons and bright LCD screen. For more information, refer to the User Instructions below.

Three Different Treatment Modes
This natural pain relief system comes with three treatment modes. These are outlined below:
| Mode | Treatment |
|---|---|
| N | Continuous stimulation with adjustable specifications |
| B | Burst stimulation with adjustable specifications |
| M | Stimulation with varied pulse widths and frequency |
How Long Can I Use the TENS?
You can use the TENS machine for as long as you feel necessary, however you should move the electrode pads every 12 hours so your skin has time to breathe. For optimal results, it’s recommended your sessions last between 15 and 45 minutes (longer than this can lead to muscle pain).
Treat Two Areas at the Same Time
With the TENS One Machine, you can target two different areas of pain at the same time. Simply place two of the four pads on each area and select your desired channels.
What Is Frequency?
Frequency is measured in Hz, or pulses per second, and essentially dictates how many pulse stimulations your body will receive in a given moment. Higher frequencies are more effective at blocking pain signals, while lower frequencies can encourage the release of endorphins.
What Is Pulse Width?
Pulse width influences how strong the stimulation you receive feels. Different pulse rates can be used to focus stimulation on certain nerve groups.
