Effective Stroke Recovery
The Saeboglide features a gliding sleeve to enable the affected arm to be exercised. While using the gliding sleeve, a distal support allows the patient to perform various controlled arm exercises at their appropriate strength level.
To ensure exercises can be performed in a versatile way, it can be used while lying down, sitting and standing. This enables the arm to be exercised in all planes of movement for more effective recovery.
Available with a Hand Strap
For increased stability, the Saeboglide is available with a hand strap. This is particularly useful for individuals with decreased hand strength or who are unable to grip through full shoulder and elbow range of movement.
Includes Training Manual
To enable exercises to be performed correctly and effectively, the Saeboglide includes a comprehensive training manual. It demonstrates proper start and stop positions for the exercise regime, and even includes a stretching programme and a two-handed exercise programme for even more versatility of use.
A schedule page is also included, which can be photocopied to enable the exercise programme to be documented. This helps you ensure that exercises are being carried out and are done on schedule.
