Which Angle Should I Choose?

The Physioworx can be adjusted to different angles to suit different user’s requirements:

• 15 – 20°: If you are wary of waist injury while exercising
• 24°: If your feet and waist are tired easily
• 30°: Normal and healthy people’s angle
• 39°: Experienced board users may experiment with this angle
