Which Exercises Can I Use the Dome For?
The Fitness-Mad Balance Pod Domes are designed to challenge your core strength muscles, including the abdomen, back and pelvis. This is done by adding extra challenge to numerous bodyweight exercises. See below for some effective workouts you can utilise your pods for:
- Lunge: Place the dome under your back foot so that the flat side is facing up. Bend the knee of your front leg and lower the body. The dome helps to put greater pressure on the front heels, working the hamstrings and glutes.
- Bridge: Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and the soles of your feet resting on the faceup flat side of the dome. Push up into the bridge position, and feel the burn in your legs.
